In 2019, Paul and his family relocated to South Florida, where he quickly became involved in the commercial real estate and business brokerage market. By mid-2024, he successfully sold his last remaining coffee business, allowing him to fully dedicate his expertise to helping other entrepreneurs buy, sell, and invest in businesses and commercial properties.
